The website trip4you.com is operated by Vietravel. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using or registering on this website. You must fully agree to these terms and conditions to use the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you shall not use this website in any manner.
Please note that this website is designed for global access by users. The information and pricing on this website apply to users worldwide. We reserve the right to deny access to this website at any time without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW
Your access to this website is conditional upon your agreement that all information on the website and all matters arising between you and us shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, and that any disputes arising between you and us shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Vietnamese courts.
USER OBLIGATIONS
By using this website, you agree that:
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name and account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to have full legal capacity.
You warrant that all information provided about yourself and any third party is completely accurate.
You shall not use this website to perform any false or fraudulent bookings.
Any transmission of threatening, defamatory, obscene, political, or racist material, or any other unlawful or provocative material through this website is strictly prohibited.
You may not modify, copy, transmit, distribute, sell, or license this website or any part of its content in any form, except where you copy information for personal and non-commercial use.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
When making a booking through our website, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with us. Booking conditions include limitations and exclusions of liability, as well as cancellation and amendment fees payable if a booking is cancelled or modified after confirmation. We recommend that you carefully read the applicable booking conditions at the time of booking.
GUARANTEED DEPARTURE
Vietravel guarantees departures as published on the website www.trip4you.com.
Information regarding tours and departure dates in brochures and other printed materials may change from time to time and does not constitute part of the guarantee program.
The company’s website is the sole source for guaranteed departures. A departure date is only guaranteed once a customer has confirmed a booking for that departure (a booking must include at least a paid deposit to be considered "confirmed"). This guarantee remains subject to Force Majeure events.
FORCE MAJEURE
Vietravel shall not be liable to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective or subjective reasons such as earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political unrest, etc. Solutions or compensation (if any) shall depend on the relevant Service Provider.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Valid Passport: Customers must possess a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).
Documentation: To expedite the issuance of travel documents, all tour-related documents, such as vouchers, itineraries, and invoices, will be sent via email or made available on www.trip4you.com once full payment is received.
Trip Details: Customers are responsible for accessing the website at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure they have the most up-to-date trip details, as minor changes may have occurred since the initial tour profile was provided.
TOUR PRICES
All tour prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to VND at the prevailing exchange rate.
Vietravel reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of exchange rate fluctuations, changes in government taxes, or significant fuel surcharges. We commit not to increase prices within fourteen (14) days prior to the departure date. If the price increase exceeds 10% of the total service value, the Customer has the right to cancel the booking and receive a refund, after deducting non-refundable costs from service providers.
Customers must pay a minimum deposit of 50% of the total service value at the time of booking. For peak season bookings or specific services (e.g., domestic air tickets), Trip4you may require 100% payment at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than thirty (30) days before the departure date. In case of late payment, Trip4you reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and retain the full deposit.
Prices include items listed in the "Inclusions" section.
Discount policies for children, seniors, etc., will be determined based on each specific product/service in the product pricing section.
Information and prices on this website are not "live" and are updated periodically. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. If a price is incorrect due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.
PAYMENT
All tours or services must be prepaid unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Customers may pay via the following methods:
Bank Transfer: Customers bear all fees incurred from intermediary banks (if any).
Credit Card: A service fee of 2.8% of the total transaction value applies to credit card payments.
Please ensure you provide us with accurate credit card billing information. Failure to provide the correct billing address and/or cardholder information may delay ticket issuance and increase the total cost. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issuance if payment is declined or incorrect information is provided. We also reserve the right to conduct random checks to minimize credit card fraud.
Vietravel does not collect your credit card details. The information you provide is fully secured within the technical system according to global security standards (SSL) during credit card transactions.
ISSUANCE OF VOUCHERS
After payment, Vietravel will send a confirmation/voucher via email or fax. This voucher must be printed as proof of purchase and presented to the Service Provider. All traveler information must be provided accurately at the time of registration. Any requests for amendments/additions must be sent via email to Vietravel. Vietravel is not responsible for any issues arising if you do not receive or carefully read your confirmation/voucher. If you have not received your voucher, you must notify Vietravel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations by tour participants must be submitted and received in writing via email or fax. Vietravel does not accept cancellation requests via telephone. Vietravel is not responsible for any cancellation requests that are not received or not reconfirmed by you. In such cases, cancellation fees or "no-show" fees will apply.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
If a customer has a complaint against Vietravel, they must first notify the tour leader as soon as possible to rectify the issue. If unsatisfied, the customer may contact a Vietravel representative (sales) during the tour. If the issue remains unresolved through these channels, the customer must send all complaints directly to support.asia@vietravel.com within 30 days of the trip's conclusion. The company will not accept any responsibility for claims received after this period.
PROMOTIONS
Tours/packages/products transacted using promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Furthermore, all discounts and reward points published on this website apply only to www.trip4you.com and may vary across other websites affiliated with www.trip4you.com.
CORRESPONDENCE
Upon completing a booking, you agree to receive emails from us providing information about your destination, specific details regarding your booking, and invitations to complete a customer review form.
